On his stay in Europe, Respected Dr. Chinmay Pandya ji, Pro-Vice Chancellor of Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya Shantikunj Haridwar, reached the University of Arts and Design in Cluj city of Romania and discussed the possibilities of new collaboration with Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya along with the rector there.
