During his stay in Europe, Honorable Pro-Vice Chancellor of Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya, Respected Dr. Chinmay Pandya, signed an MoU on behalf of the University with the Maras Foundation of Latvian Culture, Yurmala.
During this, Agnia Saparovska, the director of the institution, was present.
There is need for an educational institution which could mould its students into noble and enlightened human beings: selfless, warm-hearted, compassionate and kind.
