In the course of his stay in Europe, Honourable Pro-Vice-Chancellor of Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya, Dr Chinmay Pandya ji reached Holland. There he signed an MoU between Vrijiye University and Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya. During this, he also met with the senior officer of the university Dr Sharda Nandram ji and performed the Yagya ceremony.

After that, he met Mr Manish Dixit ji of Expertise Center on Zero and the online inauguration of the centre was also done through the Hon’ble Pro-Vice-Chancellor. This agreement was signed between the university and the institution.

The University of Latvia, the University of Holland, the University of Turin and the University of Vrije are jointly working on this project, along with universities in Germany and Egypt.
