Dev Sanskriti Vishwadyalaya had the honor to welcome the Ambassador of Latvia, His Excellency Sir
Juris Bone. After his arrival, he met with Respected Pro Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Chinmay Pandya Ji. They
discussed various aspects regarding the improvement and enhancement of the relations between
India and the Baltic Countries.
Upon his arrival, a welcome ceremony was conducted in which the Pro Vice Chancellor Sir, Dr.
Chinmay Pandya, several faculty members of the university and students were present. The

University extended its warmest regards for H.E. Mr. Juris Bone and the delegates accompanying him
from the Embassy of Latvia to India, New Delhi.
During the Ceremony, Respected Pro Vice-Chancellor, Dr. Chinmay Pandya Ji, retained the spirit of
“Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” (the whole world is one family) in everyone's mind through his
discourse. Furthermore, he discussed ‘One Nation One Family’ which was the principle fostered by
our revered Master and patron founder of DSVV, Param Pujaya Gurudev Pandit Shri Ram Sharma
Acharya. His ideas and contributions were much appreciated by our Chief Guest, the Ambassador of
Latvia Mr. H.C Juris Bone and his colleagues.
