The University believes in a transformational leadership process where the upper management enables the next level and assists them in making decisions and thus creating a conducive and productive environment. The Chancellor is assisted by Vice Chancellor, Pro Vice Chancellor, Finance Officer, Registrar, Controller of Examinations and Directors, Deans, Deputy Deans and Heads of the Departments in developing, implementing and continuously improving the processes and systems to run the University.
